A 34-year-old male met with a RTA underwent bi-frontal craniotomy and contusectomy.  On postop day 2, the patient is conscious with a Glasgow coma scale score of 14 but he prefers to lie in bed throughout the day, refuses to eat a full meal, and answers questions reluctantly. He has no neck stiffness, and his hematologic parameters are normal.
